This column aims to show the projects carried out within the framework of Towards.
Drawing maps of Brussels. Several of us take an interest in it, be it to develop plans for the city, to put memories together, to assert a political, social, cultural or economical position, to file projects or even just for esthetic pleasure...
You have something to said about it or a workoshop to propose?
Professional or amateur cartographer, you have carried out maps of Brussels or always wanted to do it? You think it may be interesting to think about representations that would come to terms with the unavoidable part of subjectivity in the approach of the territory? You are convinced that promoting the plurality of cartographic visions is a good manner to show the complexity of our capital ?
If so, send us your workshop proposal or a map that tells Brussels in an unexpected way, in order to complete our atlas of subjective cartography of Brussels.
A summary of your potential contribution.
As much maps of Brussels as you want (preferably in high resolution) and a short abstract which explains the nature of your approach (10-15 lines).
